Hello! I'm Janice Grice and I specialize in helping individuals, families, and those turning 65 navigate the complexities of Medicare.

I am deeply rooted in this community and am honored to work alongside my family—my daughter and son-in-law—as part of the larger Kral Insurance Group team. This family partnership ensures a foundation of trust and integrity in everything we do.

Our Story

Our story starts long before the business. My son-in-law Casey was the first one in our family to pursue an insurance career. He had previously owned a transmission shop with his dad, but they lost it due to eminent domain. After that major transition, he decided to try health insurance — and began studying to get licensed.

At the same time, I was at a crossroads. I had spent over 20 years in the corporate world supporting sales teams, but that company eventually went bankrupt which led me to start a commercial embroidery business which I operated for 10 years, and although I loved it, the volume wasn’t there to make it what I needed for the long-term.

Starting over in your mid 50s can feel intimidating, but when I heard what Casey was doing, something clicked. I asked him if he minded if I joined him — and two weeks after he passed his exam, I passed mine. We started during COVID, working separately from our homes and helping people one conversation at a time. Not long after, my daughter Trisha, an RN with a strong case management background, got her insurance license to help Casey. Her medical experience has become a tremendous asset to our team and our clients.

Casey and Trisha live in Aledo, and I’m in Gordon, TX, so we opened an office on the west side of Weatherford — the perfect halfway spot. Casey and Trisha went on to build Kral Insurance Group, which is now growing and training agents across the state. As for me, I’m in a different season of life. I don’t want to build a large team — I love the one-on-one relationships. As an independent agent, commissions are paid directly by the carriers, and we each operate our own businesses. That’s why I created Janico Benefits, LLC.

Even though we each run our own companies, we still work together as one family team — supporting each other, sharing ideas, and always doing what’s best for the client. Our mission is simple: Give people a safe place to ask questions and get real answers — without pressure, confusion, or fear that someone is going to switch your plan when you don’t need it.
